BLOX Markets, Inc. is the parent company of Openpool LLC. Openpool LLC is developing a proposed U.S. equities alternative trading system. Openpool is not currently operating as a trading venue, broker-dealer, alternative trading system, exchange, or market center. Openpool has not yet completed all required broker-dealer, FINRA, SIPC, state, associated-person, ATS, Form ATS-N, Form ATS, or other regulatory filings, registrations, memberships, approvals, effectiveness requirements, or operational readiness steps required to launch, as applicable.

No orders, indications of interest, trading interest, subscriber applications, connectivity requests, routing instructions, market-access arrangements, executions, trades, clearing, settlement, or trading services may be submitted to or accepted by Openpool at this time. Any future launch, access model, order type, fee or rebate structure, segmentation functionality, sponsored-access arrangement, connectivity offering, or other feature is preliminary and remains subject to regulatory review, required filings and effectiveness, FINRA membership, written agreements, supervisory and risk controls, testing, operational readiness, and applicable law.
